Thank you for shopping with NovaCart SA. We aim to process and deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, promotions, or holiday seasons.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Africa: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Courier operations
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Other unforeseen delays


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your package in real time where available.


Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, NovaCart SA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Weather disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

NovaCart SA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier company to investigate and assist in resolving the issue where possible.
