At NovaCart SA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and beauty products
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable products
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item is defective
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider

International Orders
Customers outside South Africa may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
